HubSpot Administrator

LaSalle Network is currently partnering with a real estate organization that is seeking a Hubspot Administrator to join their growing team. This position is a contract-to-hire opportunity with options for remote work. Hubspot Administrator Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize HubSpot to align with business processes and objectives
• Implement and maintain contact, company and deal records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Design and execute automated marketing campaigns using HubSpot workflows
• Optimize lead nurturing processes to convert leads into customers
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective use of HubSpot Sales Hub
• Customize and manage sales dashboards and reports for insights into sales performance
• Integrate HubSpot with other tools and platforms to streamline data flow
• Monitor and maintain data integrity, troubleshoot integration issues and implement solutions
• Create and deliver regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing, sales and customer service
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Provide training to team members on HubSpot functionalities and best practices
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance
• Stay current on HubSpot updates and best practices
• Implement new features and functionalities to improve overall system performance

Hubspot Administrator Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• Proven experience as a HubSpot Administrator or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of HubSpot platform functionalities, modules and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• HubSpot certifications are a plus
