Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Junior Recruiter - Bilingual to support our prestigious client in the construction industry. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar positions, including skilled laborers and DOT drivers. Leverage your experience and industry knowledge to attract top talent and ensure timely, high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire recruiting and onboarding process for blue-collar positions.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and align with company needs.
  • Conduct phone screenings to assess qualifications and work history for blue-collar roles, particularly DOT drivers and equipment operators.
  • Manage outbound calls and inquiries to prospective candidates, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Oversee background checks, pre-employment tests, and certifications to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Utilize SuccessFactors and other ATS tools to track and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Meet monthly hiring targets, maintaining staffing levels for critical positions.
  • Prepare and generate reports on recruitment progress and results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
  • 2-5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, focusing on blue-collar roles such as DOT drivers, construction, or transportation.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, SuccessFactors experience preferred.
  • Bilingual ability (Spanish) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of labor market trends, particularly in construction and skilled trades.
