Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Funeral Director in Corvallis, OR. The Funeral Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of funeral services, including coordinating with families, arranging and conducting ceremonies, overseeing embalming and preparation of bodies, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Funeral Director will provide support and guidance to bereaved families, assist with funeral planning and logistics, and maintain a respectful and empathetic atmosphere throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Embalming and Funeral Homes experience
• Strong skills in Family Services, Communication, and Customer Service
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of local and state funeral regulations and requirements
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Valid Funeral Director license or certification (or ability to obtain)
