Duration: 12 Months Contract (Possible Extension)

Location: Chesterfield, MO


Description:

· Generate and/or evaluate lab-scale samples, study conduct for regulatory submissions of pesticides and provide relevant information for further decisions.

· Troubleshoot and maintain equipment needed for sample analyses.

· Maintain appropriate records for all relevant studies.

· Understand and follow EHS, SOPs, regulations and guidelines maintaining a safe work environment.

· Support lab functions, such as glassware cleaning, waste handling, and ordering supplies.

· Capable of managing multiple tasks, working effectively with more than one technical supervisor and providing timely results.

Skill & Competency Requirements:

· Wet chemistry experience

· Laboratory documentation experience

· Microsoft software experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Education:
· BS in chemistry, analytical chemistry, and/or related science field

Preferable experiences:

· HPLC and/or other analytical instrumentation experience
