We are seeking an Offshore Project Manager to be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of offshore oil and gas projects, from initiation through completion. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure that the project meets performance, safety, and quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that all project objectives are met within regulatory and contractual guidelines.

Offshore Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of project delivery, including engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and closeout activities.
  • Oversee project schedules and budgets, monitoring project performance and implementing corrective actions when necessary to mitigate risks.
  • Ensure that all project activities comply with company safety, quality, and environmental standards, as well as industry regulations.
  • Coordinate with offshore operations teams, engineering teams, and contractors to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, project plans, risk assessments, and cost forecasts.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the project team, ensuring effective collaboration and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site visits to offshore project locations to ensure project milestones are being met and address any operational issues that arise.
