A healthcare organization in New Jersey is actively seeking an experienced licensed healthcare professional to join their team as a Clinical Informatics Trainer / Analyst (RN/LMSW/LCSW). In this role, the Clinical Informatics Trainer / Analyst (RN/LMSW/LCSW) will be responsible for the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of the electronic medical records system and integration with other systems in the ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

The Clinical Informatics Trainer / Analyst (RN/LMSW/LCSW) will:

  • Collaborates with IS Management and users for new application implementation, troubleshooting, and training
  • Assists Director in project planning, presentations, and application overviews
  • Manages project schedules and user requests
  • Maintains and tests clinical system training environments, develops training materials, and coordinates training sessions
  • Provides leadership to Project Team members, resolves issues, and ensures compliance with policies and procedures
  • Ensures compliance with policies and procedures, maintains high customer satisfaction
  • Perform other duties, as needed


Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or licensed healthcare professional required
  • Associates or better in Computer Science
  • 3 years of healthcare experience in the clinical setting required
  • Prior experience using an electronic medical record
  • Great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail
  • Thorough knowledge of computer software
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of Word, Spreadsheet and Presentation programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint


Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or other health-related profession
  • Healthcare super user, clinical unit resource experience preferred
  • 3 years prior clinical teaching and curriculum development experience preferred
