Focus: You will be working with a Sr. Recruiter as the Sourcing Specialist for Permanent non technical roles on the Talent Acquisition team

Position type: Full time W2 Contract to hire


We are looking for a skilled Sourcer to work with the Talent Acquisition team including a Sr. Recruiter. You will be responsible for managing sourcing activities for crucial roles across multiple departments within the company.

Your job will be to develop a sourcing strategy and help to hire top talent that will support company growth.

We are looking for a decision-maker with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You need to be able to recognize and attract the best candidates for particular job positions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and incorporate an effective sourcing strategy
  • Produce and update job specifications and descriptions
  • Arrange sourcing materials
  • Post job ads on the company’s website and relevant job boards
  • Evaluate resumes, cover letters, and job applications
  • Perform interviews and evaluate the candidates’ skills, knowledge, and experience
  • Follow up with successful candidates and update the company’s internal records
  • Be a point of contact between the candidate and the company during the selection process

Requirements

  • Must be able to handle a req load of 15-25 openings
  • Experience with Non-Technical roles including Sales, Marketing, Finance etc
  • 4+ years of previous sourcing in recruitment (combination of agency and in house preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Previous experience with conducting various types of interviews
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
