We help businesses evaluate their risks and develop solutions tailored to their needs. We believe in empowering our employees. As a global firm, we offer employees resources in both technology and industry expertise, but we still maintain the local flavor of our offices. Our structure enables our teams to maintain their own unique, regional culture while leveraging support and resources from our corporate centers of excellence.

This role involves collaborating with leadership to refine our enterprise risk management (ERM) model and framework while helping to promote our culture of risk management across HUB. Assist in capturing, quantifying and prioritizing risks including monitoring and mitigation opportunities and actions.

Risk Assessments. Support the development of risk assessments across financial, operational, strategic, cyber and compliance domains. Assess potential impacts, aiding in informed prioritization and decision-making consistent with our planning process.

Mitigation Plan Development. Assist in creating and implementing strategic risk mitigation plans, and partner with stakeholders to incorporate risk management considerations into operational and strategic planning.

Stakeholder Communication. Support communications related to ERM across stakeholders. Engage in initiatives aimed at broadening risk management awareness and practices throughout the organization, fostering a forward-thinking risk-aware culture.

Crisis Management Plans. Ensure the ERM model contributes to the strengthening of business continuity plans and promotes organizational resilience to potential disruptions.

Development and Support. Actively participate in further maturing the risk capability, emphasizing learning, improvement and professional development.

Strategic Project Assistance. Provide support with risk management insights and expertise on strategic projects, ensuring comprehensive risk considerations are integrated throughout.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels and contribute to a culture of risk awareness.
