They believe in hard work, but they also believe in rewarding their employees for the work they put in. They are seeking a Senior Credit Underwriter OR Credit Analyst to join their team in Commercial Banking.

The executive team is tenured, ethical, accessible, and easy going. They tend to promote from within when possible, but due to growth occasionally they have to look outside of the bank.

To be successful in this role, you will most likely need the following:

At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar credit role

Spreads and analyzes historical and projected financial statements for businesses and individuals.

Creates credit approval packages demonstrating an ability to assess overall credit risk and independently identify key issues related to sources of repayment, loan structure, industry risk, financial performance, collateral, and other relevant criteria across a multitude of industries and collateral types.

Presents, or assists in presenting, credit packages for various approval authorities including Relationship Managers, Senior Management, Officers Loan Committee, and the Board of Directors

Analyzes, and prepares reports on various aspects of the bank’s loan portfolio.

This position reports to the Chief Credit Officer.
