CNC Machine Maintenance Technician

TekPro is partnered with a leading global supplier for the commercial, aerospace, defense, and aviation industries in their search for Machine Maintenance Technicians. Their client base is premium tier one OEM. We are currently recruiting for a Machine Repair/Rebuild Technician on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Ability to move, install and maintain all machine tools used in production, plant equipment and buildings.
  • Ability to tear down machine tools, troubleshoot, replace worn and broken parts and assemble.
  • Ability to make adjustments and repairs to electrical and electronic equipment from low voltage to 120v - 480V
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
  • Ability to understand hydraulic functions and able to read hydraulic schematic prints.
  • Ability to repair and maintain electric and gas fired hardening furnaces
  • Ability to repair and maintain blast and all side equipment connected with heat treating.
  • General Maintenance as needed: Welding, Fabricating, Electrical, Plumbing, Changing light bulbs, HVAC filters, Fork Trucks and Industrial Lift Trucks
