Summary of Responsibilities:

The Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with Inside Sales Account Managers to oversee key capital projects, ensuring they meet customer timelines and requirements. Responsibilities include project kickoff, scheduling, progress tracking, and documentation management. The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork skills to align project goals across departments and stakeholders.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate workflow management of key capital projects.
  • Schedule and facilitate project kickoff meetings.
  • Participate in project meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Enter orders and create order acknowledgements for customers.
  • Track project phases and requirements.
  • Coordinate with expediting team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Manage changes to project scope and schedule.
  • Ensure completion of orders and processing of invoices.
  • Review project documentation for completeness.
  • Develop processes and workflows to enhance team performance.
  • Generate project reports for customers on a regular basis.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree with 5+ years of project coordination experience required; Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling software.
  • Experience with CSD INFOR ERP platform preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of commercial issues such as pricing and terms.
  • Salesforce system knowledge is a plus.

Environmental Job Requirements:

  • Comfortable indoor work environment with occasional warehouse visits.
  • Ability to sit comfortably for extended periods with occasional light lifting.
