Senior Full Stack IoT Engineer

Requirements

Must have:

- We require a bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- We expect at least 5 years of software development experience.

- We expect experience deploying applications on embedded Linux platforms.

- We look for experience building Azure IoT Edge or other edge computing solutions.
- We require familiarity with wireless and industrial communication protocols such as LoRaWAN, BLE, Cellular, Ethernet, UART, and Modbus.
- We value strong documentation, communication, and time management skills.
- We prefer experience coordinating with third-party software development teams.
- We look for cybersecurity and authentication protocol knowledge.
- We value embedded Linux and Yocto experience.
- We prefer experience with GitHub, MQTT, TLS, AMQP, ProtoBuf, CoAP, SMS, AWS, NERC/CIP standards, power electronics, API development, and Linux administration.
- IoT certifications or related training are a plus.

Responsibilities:

- We develop and maintain frontend applications using React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and .
NET.
- We design and enhance web dashboards, user interfaces, and application workflows.
- We build cloud-connected web and mobile applications.
- We develop, deploy, and support cloud applications in Microsoft Azure.
- We troubleshoot Azure production environments and drive continuous improvement.
- We build, validate, and release production software packages.
- We create backend services, APIs, and data processing applications using C#, .
NET, Python, Node.js, and Java.
- We maintain communication between cloud platforms, databases, and IoT devices.
- We test, troubleshoot, and optimize software performance.
- We develop and deploy IoT Edge applications on embedded Linux platforms.
- We maintain Azure IoT Edge modules, containerized applications, and over-the-air updates.
- We work within embedded Linux environments including Docker, containerd, and Yocto.
- We implement connectivity using LoRaWAN, BLE, Cellular, Ethernet, UART, and Modbus.
- We support device-to-cloud communication and sensor integration.
- We coordinate with external software development resources.
- We document software architecture, development activities, testing, and procedures.

a competitive salary of $110,601.57 to $133,197.59 per year along with benefits including 401(k), dental, health, life, vision insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan.
