Position: Bilingual Paralegal - Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, and Immigration

Location: St. Louis, Missouri

Job Description:

Our reputable law firm in St. Louis is currently seeking a Bilingual Paralegal with proficiency in Spanish and a strong background in Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, and Immigration law. In this role, you will play a vital part in our legal team, providing essential support to our attorneys and ensuring effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate legal documents and communicate with Spanish-speaking clients to provide legal advice and guidance.
• Conduct research related to areas of expertise, including Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, and Immigration.
• Prepare legal documents, such as complaints, pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
• Assist attorneys in cases by organizing documents, scheduling depositions, and participating in court proceedings.
• Manage client files, ensuring documents are organized, and records are accurate.
• Utilize bilingual skills to facilitate communication with clients, witnesses, and other involved parties.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
• Provide general administrative support to attorneys and legal staff as required.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Proven experience in Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, and Immigration law.
• Proficiency in legal research and document preparation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with legal software and research tools.
• Knowledge of relevant legal procedures and deadlines.
