Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as receptionist and receive visitors; manage walk-ins and counselor appointments using positive customer service techniques Provide clerical support to counselors to relieve them of routine administrative tasks associated with the office (i.e. special programs, mail outs, etc) Ensure a smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the counseling suite Manage and maintain counseling visit logs Request/send transcripts and student records via TREX, fax, or mail Establish, organize and maintain cumulative student folder and test records Prepare student folders/records for 5th grade and 8th grade transitions Supervise student office helpers Manage budget expenditure tasks and order office supplies and equipment Process public information records requests and prepare documentation and records requests for probation officers, court administrators and current or former students Cross-train in duties of Data Entry Clerk in order to cover in case of absence or to help in peak registration periods Supervisory Responsibilities None
