You have at least 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry including a combination of semiconductor module process engineering and quality management. You thrive at managing diverse teams in establishing and maintaining quality standards, services, improvements and a healthy culture. In this role, you will deploy and maintain a Quality Management System and systematic process and method considering standards and customer requirements. This will include working together and exchanging information with other Quality Leaders throughout Infineon's global organization In your new role you will:
Deploy and maintain a Quality Management System and systematic process and method considering standards ( IATF16949/ ) and customer requirements Promote and utilize structured problem-solving processes ( 5-Why/8D ) to reduce excursions and improve quality/stability Develop policies, procedures and methods to verify product, material and components reliability along the whole value chain (in house, production partner, material supplier) and operational quality improvements Develop and implement strategy, approaches, concepts, methodologies and programs to establish and maintain quality standards of existing and planned future technologies, services as well as for proactive and reactive quality services for internal partners and external customers Develop programs to focus employees on quality mindset and a sustainable quality culture ( quality improvement) including a healthy deviation culture Define and develop an internal audit program designed to maintain and improve Site/Product Quality consistent with IATF16949/ – Lead Audit Certification Preferred Manage the Change Management Process (Process Change Review Board) to safely and efficiently document and implement process changes Manage quality for internal and external customers and suppliers utilizing the audit and corrective action processes Ensure that quality standards and quality requirements from customer are kept/decided/ fulfilled/monitored and documented – manage the customer return/corrective action process Mitigate risks and deviations versus requirements and performance and manage problem solving (close the gap) Have accountability for the performance and results of multiple related units Manage operational and/or organizational priorities and delivers results in fast-changing businesses and/or regulatory environments Control resources and policy formation in area of responsibility Navigate decisions guided by resource availability and functional objectives Look beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems Manage large, potentially diverse teams of managers and/or senior professionals Provide input to functional or departmental strategy Work together and exchange information with other Quality Leaders of the global organization You are a proven leader with excellent decision-making, detail-oriented and communication skills.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Masters Degree or PhD in engineering (electrical, chemical, physics) preferred 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry in a combination of semiconductor module process engineering and quality management Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification IATF16949/ Lead Auditor Certification Multi company experience
