Commercial Real Estate Attorney

A prestigious multi-office law firm that is known for its commitment to excellence and client-focused legal services is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic team to contribute to their successful practice.

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience to handle a variety of complex real estate and commercial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate law, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of providing strategic legal advice.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting due diligence for commercial real estate transactions.
  • Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, and other real estate documents.
  • Acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Providing legal advice on zoning, land use, title review, etc.
  • Representing developers in negotiations, closings, and other real estate matters.
  • Collaborating with other legal professionals and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive legal support.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice in Virginia.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate.
  • Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating real estate documents.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
