Job Description

Removes front half of carcass from back half and maintains supply of front halves to coneline

Qualifications

Must be able to work in cold/hot climates Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to go up and down stairs Must be able to use knives and scissors Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs

Additional Information

Must be able to properly load cones, shoulder cut and wing cut as these positions will be rotating.
