Currently, we are expanding our reset/remodel team and are actively seeking new members. Responsibilities:

• Safely relocate, construct, dismantle, and adjust beams and shelving within store bays.
• Modify the positioning of existing stock on display.
• Update shelves with new pricing labels.
• Arrange products, signage, and stickers, and assemble displays as necessary, even without planograms.
• Assess shelving and product placement to align with guidelines, including Plan-O-Grams, visual references, or verbal instructions.

Requirements:

• Ideally, possess at least 1 month of experience in retail resets, merchandising, light construction, or a related field within the industry.
• Proficient in utilizing modern technology, including up-to-date phones.
• Available to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Must have reliable transportation for commuting to and from job sites.
• Capable of standing, walking, and performing repetitive bending for up to 10 hours daily.
• Able to handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs by pulling, pushing, or lifting.
• Comfortable working on a ladder up to 20 feet in height.
