RATE OF PAY – £11.50 per hour plus service charge and fantastic benefits 
CONTRACT TYPE – Full Time  
HOURS OF WORK – 37.5 hours
SHIFT DETAILS – 5 days out of 7

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR … 
You are an individual with a passion for creating extraordinary cocktails, making great drinks and creating well-balanced and memorable experiences. Focused on continuous and seamless guest service, you will have fantastic communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.    
To excel in this role, you will also need plenty of drive, be a forward thinker and a strong team player.     

WHAT YOU’LL DO … 
As Bartender, you will receive orders and serve guests requests completely and timely whist maintaining the highest level of service.  You will create and serve a range of beverages including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine and soft drinks etc.  You will keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared at all times, and have a good understanding of wines and spirits.

Located at the entrance to Saundersfoot and overlooking?the stunning views of the village, harbour, beach and coastline this newest addition to the Celtic Collection, in partnership with the Port of Milford Haven, St Brides Spa Hotel can be found positioned on the clifftop.  St Brides Spa Hotel is operated and managed by the team behind the iconic ?Celtic Manor Resort?.The Hotel offers individually styled, luxurious bedrooms and contemporary restaurant, bar and conference facilities. The Spa and Hotel have won many awards over the years including the best hotel in Wales. The hotel is an asset for the local community and provides a great new spot to eat and meet, as well as stay over.  The AA rosette Cliff restaurant and Gallery bar have dramatic views across the bay and offer guests the finest Pembrokeshire produce for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
