The USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work, Office of Academic Affairs is seeking an .
The Online Programs Manager leads the operations of multiple online/hybrid programs that offer the Master of Social Work (MSW), Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN-FNP), Doctor of Social Work (DSW), and graduate certificate courses. The Director manages operational and administrative functions including scheduling, evaluation, policy, and personnel administration. The Director contributes to the design of online programming, policies, and strategic planning efforts.
The Manager of Online Operations is a full-time position. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage all operations related to the partnership with USC Online; measure performance of programmatic goals and proactively establish targets for improvement Partner with faculty program directors, as well as other leadership at the school to ensure program success Provide leadership for collaborative decision-making related to all operational and administrative components including curriculum, admissions and post-enrollment services as well as learning/instructional design, course development, faculty and staff engagement, quality assurance, and outcomes assessment. Participate and implement strategic planning for curriculum development Effectively build and manage relationships across the school and university; act as the relationship manager for USC Online and leverage the relationship to assist with maintaining efficient operational processes Manage internal partners responsible for other operational areas associated with the program (e.g. marketing and technology) Directly manage Online Programs staff Serve as subject matter expert for market space and curriculum for the schoolJOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree or combined experience/education as a substitute for minimum educationMinimum Experience:
3 yearsPreferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree Demonstrated expertise in operational and administrative leadership for online graduate programs, preferably in social work or related disciplines. Skilled in learning/instructional design, course development, faculty and staff engagement, quality assurance, and outcomes assessment. 7- years’ experience managing internal and/or external partners and leading large scale internal operationsIn addition, the successful candidate must also demonstrate, through ideas, words and actions, a strong commitment to of integrity, excellence, diversity, equity and inclusion, well-being, open communication and accountability.
