Job Title: Senior Analyst – Risk Management

Job Summary:
Reworld Waste, a leader in [industry], is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the Risk Management team in administering corporate insurance programs and claims management. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with other members of the Risk Management team, the facilities, other departments of the company, brokers and TPA.
Key Responsibilities:
Insurance Program Support :Support Senior Director, Risk Management and VP, Risk Management in managing all corporate insurance programs, property loss control surveys & reports, M&A activities, and special projects.Respond to daily insurance queries from Reworld facilities, clients & brokers.Collect and compile renewal information in order to prepare and submit formal insurance policy renewal applications as needed.Primary responsibility for managing and coordinating certificate of insurance requests and auto ID cards.Organize and maintain electronic files for insurance binders, policies, and surety bondsMaintain an updated schedule of insurance and bond Risk Management intra-net site as needed to keep it current.Prepare insurance and surety bond premium payment requests and submit to Accounts renewal of existing bonds and continuation certificates.Perform other related duties to support the department team as required.Other Responsibilities:
Claims Management Support Senior Manager of Insurance & Claims in claims reporting, investigation, and management. Collaborate with Senior Manager-Insurance & Claims, Reworld business units and insurance company adjusters to make sure adjusters have information necessary to efficiently adjust claims.Key Qualifications:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree required Experience : 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in insurance, risk management or claims handling. Skills :Basic knowledge of risk management principles, different insurance programs, and claims analytical, communication and people skills to effectively collaborate across teams.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ability to work without close supervision.Proficient in Excel & WordOur DEI Commitment
