Job Summary:
  • Position: Full-Time Laborer located in Crystal, MN.
  • Compensation Type: Hourly.
  • Compensation: $22 to $24 per hour.
  • Benefits:  401K, Health, Dental, PTO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We provide all the hands-on, detailed training you'll need to get you up to speed.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with leads and other team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to specifications.
  • Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a polite and professional demeanor.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical labor and repeatedly lift, push, or pull 75 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
