PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Primarily responsible for stacking boxes of product on pallets. Performs all work in compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulation. Pay starts at $ per hour along with a $1,500 sign and stay bonus program. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Picks up 40 to 70 pound boxes of product, and stacks on pallets Must replace pallets on floor that have been moved. Pallets are brought in by pallet jack operators Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors, coworkers Do all tasks assigned by members of management Must be able to follow directions and work in other departments as needed Must be able to perform additional duties as assigned
 

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Manual dexterity required Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times in areas where required.)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Stand up to 8 hours. Lift up to 75 lbs. Exposure to wet and cold environment Will be exposed to noise of > 85 decibels, CO2 and moving production equipment Work around raw, live animal odors Work Schedule: 4:30pm - 2:00am
