Competitive Pay based on date of certification and level of care + NEW Shift Diff and Annual Merit Increases based on performance

$ 16.61/hour-$ 23.50/hour- Pay range is based on years of experience Learn more TODAY

Shift Diff- $1.50 weekdays and up to $2.75 weekends

7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, and 11PM-7AM Available

Qualifications:

  • Possess a current license as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
  • Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living community is preferred.
  • Understanding of geriatric care, knowledge of the aging process, strong communication and general compassion for others.
  • Excellent customer service
