Skilled Laborer

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate in the assembly of metal components, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards.
- Operate various machines and equipment integral to the fabrication process, strictly following safety guidelines.
- Execute grinding and finishing tasks to meet product specifications.
- Work alongside team members and supervisors to maintain a seamless workflow, meeting production targets.
- Adhere to established procedures and instructions to ensure consistency and efficiency in all tasks.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in assembly, machine operation, or grinding is highly advantageous.
- Proficient math skills.
- Ability to work alternating 1st and 2nd shifts weekly (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
- Physically capable of handling manual labor and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Excellent team player with effective communication skills.
- Machining experience, especially with CNC, can lead to increased compensation.
