Raptor Rooter & Plumbing is currently hiring for a full-time Dispatch / Customer Service Associate to take calls, manage schedules, and help run the office in the Spokane Valley, WA area. This dispatcher position earns a competitive wage of $17-$24 per hour, based on skills and experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time in-office position has two available schedules, Monday - Thursday or Friday - Monday.

As a Dispatch / Customer Service Associate, you arrive each day ready to work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising customer service. Most of your day is spent in an office environment on the phone or computer. Your friendly and capable demeanor comes through as you receive incoming client calls and dispatch service calls to field technicians. Over the phone, you inform clients of arrival times and ensure that they are notified ahead of time about any delays. And, as necessary, you reschedule appointments.

You schedule calls in order to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You forecast days and weeks ahead to keep all employees working and on track as well as make sure that all job permits are obtained and current. Either over the phone or face-to-face, you relay work orders, messages, and other information to or from work crews, supervisors, or field inspectors. You confer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, or requests. For each work order, you determine the types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel required. You feel good ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly

Currently, we provide service plumbing and construction plumbing for residential and multi-residential clients. As we continue to grow, we will be adding commercial plumbing to our company offerings Some of the service jobs we take on involve leaking pipes, sump pump repairs, sump pump installations, water heaters, frozen pipes, sewage backups, and more. No job is too big or too small for us to handle. We also offer 24/7 emergency services because we know that issues can happen at any time, day or night.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associates degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of dispatch experience for a contractor or home improvement company
  • ServiceTitan experience preferred
