A well-established boutique plaintiff’s employment litigation firm has an immediate opening for a motivated Employment Associate Attorney to join their recognized Employment practice group. The ideal candidate will bring at least one-year of experience specializing in employment litigation. Associates are trusted to develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and deliver arguments and represent clients in a variety of employment disputes. This is a great opportunity for an emerging associate to advance their career with a reputable law firm.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-5 years of experience with employment litigation (single plaintiff, wage & hour, or class actions)
  • Licensed in CA and in good standing
  • JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Experience drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents; taking/running depositions; conducting mediations and negotiations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence
