SEMICONDUCTOR & ASSEMBLY SOLUTIONS (SAS) 

As a global supplier to the semiconductor industry, we provide advanced copper interconnects, die attachment, wafer bump processes, solder technologies, fluxes, cleaners, and other attachment materials for the integrated circuit fabrication, semiconductor packaging, and electronic assembly industries. As an Intern with McDermid Alpha Electronic Solutions you will support the Chemistry Department with general R&D operations and organizational tasks. In addition, you will work on various projects and initiatives that could impact the Business globally.

• Conduct stability study at various cond
• D evelop DSC/TGA procedures for paste characterization.
• Filtration test/Secondary particles tests for aglomerats assessment.

• Pursuing a BS or MS degree in Chemistry.
• Experience with wet chemistry, chemical synthesis, colloids, metal nanoparticles, thermal analysis of chemicals (DSC and TGA testing), rheology, and data analysis etc.
