Preferred candidates will be in the Winston-Salem, NC or Grand Prairie, TX areas.
Primary Accountabilities
Operational:
- Participate in client meetings as needed
- Provide analysis to Account Managers and Sales for Business Reviews
- Participate as a member of cross-functional teams to provide data as needed
- Identify clients’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions or alternatives
- Manage and complete time-sensitive research and document findings in Salesforce and with the client
Analytical:
- Responsible for creating and providing various reports for clients and assigned PODs
- Collects, analyzes and reports data to support decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning and specific business performance issues
- Work with the Reporting Representative to explain variances and trends
- Identify opportunities to improve data and business processes
- Work with a variety of data sources - extracting knowledge and actionable information from massive datasets
- Utilize strong Microsoft Excel, Alteryx and SQL skills in order to provide high-quality data analysis and support to clients, internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, or a related field required
- 2-4 years of related work experience
- Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, SQL, Incorta, and Altery
- Knowledge of Google Looker preferred
- Advanced Excel Skills (Macros)
- Proficient with SalesForce
- Propensity for Learning
- Excellent Written, Oral & Presentation Communication Skills
