Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy by selling memberships, gift cards, and upgrades Provide excellent customer service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, and engaging with members and guests Work with spa management, staff, and massage therapists to maintain a professional/clean work environment & appearance Position requirements of Spa Sales Associate:
