Responsibilities include:

Evaluating, selecting, and ordering equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company productsOverseeing the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipmentKeeping current on equipment manufacturers' technical notices, upgrades and safety issuesStudying equipment performance and reliabilityEstablishing programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing processProviding technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizationsDefining and writing preventative maintenance schedules

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics or related engineering degree5 years of relevant experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment as an Equipment Engineer or similar role

Preferred Qualifications:

Equipment experience with AMAT and/or Ebara CMPPrior experience with CMP, WetsExperience on tool monitoring and interdiction software, and equipment maintenance and documentationWorking knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, and SPC techniques. Experienced with semiconductor cleanroom protocol and behaviors.Strong verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skillsAbility to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functionsAbility to take the initiative and drive for resultsStrong time management skills that enable on-time project deliveryAbility to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environmentDemonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationship
