HVAC Installation HelperThomasville, GA l Temp to Perm l $12.00 - $25.00 / HourA well-known and locally owned air conditioning company is looking for a qualified and experienced HVAC Installation Helper to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in assisting main HVAC Technician with the efficient and effective installation of heating and cooling systems for our clients.ResponsibilitiesHelp main HVAC Technician Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating units, air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and moreCollaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of installationsAssist in system tests and performance checks to ensure proper functionalityDiagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and implement necessary repairsAdhere to safety protocols and guidelines in all installation and maintenance activitiesProvide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries and concerns professionallyUse a variety of tools to perform tasks, including basic hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, testing instruments, cutting tools, and moreOther duties as assigned by supervisorRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDClean Drug Screen and Motor Vehicle RecordValid Driver’s LicenseAbility to lift up to and over 50lbs No previous felony convictionGood work ethic and punctualityGreat communication with clients and coworkersPrevious HVAC installation experience preferredLocation: Thomasville, GAPay Range: $12.00 - $25.00 / HourSchedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMNew Hire Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free Workplace.We Are On A Mission:We seek to be a resource that bridges the gap between the needs of the employer and the job seeker by providing personalized service for each client.
