What You WillDo:

  • Partnerwith restaurant and hospitality managers to offer comprehensiveservice solutions for commercial cooking refrigeration warewashingand other specialty food serviceequipment
  • Demonstrate your mechanical aptitudetroubleshooting skills and ability to read diagrams andschematics
  • Properly troubleshoot diagnose andrepair Commercial Kitchen Equipment including cooking refrigerationwarewashing and other specialty food serviceequipment
  • Communicate with manufacturers asneeded to help with diagnoses and partsidentification
  • Consult with the TechnicalAssistance Group for technical support while onsite
    Install all parts ordered for the customer in a timely andprofessional manner and line with companypolicy
  • Promote and recommend other servicesprovided by Smart Care to customers whenneeded
  • Produce accurate and timelyadministrative documents such as work orders time reportingreceipts and truck stock inventory
  • Follow safework practices and accident preventionprocedures
  • Maintain a neat and orderly servicevehicle along with accurate parts and toolinventory
  • Maintain productivity levels inaccordance with company standards

  • Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to frequently kneel bendsquat push pull reach and occasionally lift and carry up to 70pounds
  • Ability to work with moving mechanicalparts pressurized steam equipment open flames
    heatedsurfaces liquids and risk of electrical shock in damp humid orfreezing conditions
  • Ability to work on laddersroofs and other high places

MinimumQualifications:

  • High School diploma orequivalent
  • 1 year of technical experience withrefrigeration appliance repair kitchen equipment HVAC or relevantmilitary service
  • Valid drivers license andacceptable motor vehicle record
  • Willingness andability to be involved with the emergency oncall rotation thatincludes nights and weekends
  • Availability foroccasional overnight travel asassigned
