Evoke is seeking a Program Manager to join our team 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all Contractor work performed under the contractProvide Cost Forecasting experience and be able to respond to COR questions regarding contract cost estimation, variance, burn, etc.Provide subject matter expertise, program management, program analysis and reporting, documentation, and/or strategic planning and overall management as required to support to the task orderWorks independent of supervision Oversees multiple task orders under a contract end-to-end, and assists in the direction of project-level activity and associated team personnel Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of the contract Acts as the primary point of contact for all activities, leading program review sessions to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance Maintains relationships with multiple clients Manages all program activities and exercises control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of a program Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical and administrative areas Provides project management support for the planning, implementation, and tracking of complex task area including planning, resourcing, implementation, control, and evaluation management Experience directing cross-functional teams to deliver projects within the constraints of schedule, budget and scopeThe Contractor shall provide IT program management office (PMO) and technical support for the BAM Portfolio. The Contractor shall perform and execute the tasks at various levels of support to include Portfolio, Product Lines, Programs, and Projects level. Major work areas include requirements management, implementation management, release management, schedule support, strategic analysis, capital planning and investment support, engineering and technical support, communications, and administrative support.

Professional Experience and Skills:

Experience directing programs to develop, maintain, and leverage solutions Ability to identify program and project problems and recommend solutions Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of professionals in a team environment Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Ability to build and manage highly effective teams that are both on site and remote Capable of developing/implementing professional development plans and career maps Ability to work with leadership and Human Capital to resolve issues with clients and employees Knowledge of acquisition process, contracting, contract types, procurement processes, project management

Education and Years of Experience:

Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience with a Bachelors Degree in Program Management or related fieldPMP Certification required 

Security Clearance
