We are currently looking for a dynamic, outgoing, friendly individual to join our team as an Assistant General Manager.  This individual will report directly to the General Manager and will assist the General Manager with all aspects of daily park operations.  
 
KEY RESONSIBILITIES:
  • Work directly with the General Manager to ensure day to day operations run smoothly
  • Cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional customer service
  • Lead and influence through effective motivation, celebrations, and accountability
  • Maintain park cleanliness and proper park maintenance to ensure safety for all guests
  • Assure staffing levels meet business needs by recruitment, interviewing, hiring, training and weekly scheduling
  • Create a work environment that promotes staff retention 
  • Ensure execution of training programs to equip team to perform their job functions successfully and deliver positive guest experiences
  • Maintain park inventory
  • Direct, coordinate, schedule, and support party hosts to deliver a flawless birthday party experience 
  • Sell, schedule and host exceptional large group events
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must be professional, energetic, self-motivated, able to motivate others, and have a positive attitude
  • Ability to recruit, motivate, develop, retain, and promote top talent through thoughtful leadership
  • Intermediate computer skills - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience leading a successful team
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment with constant distractions 
SALARY:  
·      $15 - $20 per hour based on experience
·      30 - 40 hours per week
  • Majority of hours will be weekends and include closing the park at 11 pm
