What does a Flooring Technician do?:

Takes the appropriate steps to prepare various types of damaged tile or carpeted surfaces for repair and makes quality repairs in a timely manner. Accurately roughs in walls, floors and counters using hard board or cement board. Coaches new team members on processes and procedures when repairing or installing new flooring.

To be successful as a Flooring Technician, you'll need:

Must possess valid driver’s license. Knowledge of various types of flooring and proper application techniques. 2 - 4 years’ experience in flooring installation/repairs preferred.
