Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Order Selector to support our warehouse operations by efficiently selecting, preparing, and staging products for shipment. This role is vital to ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Selection: Accurately locate and retrieve items from warehouse inventory based on order requirements.
  • Product Handling: Ensure safe and careful handling of all materials, with a focus on maintaining quality and minimizing damage.
  • Staging & Organization: Prepare selected items for packing or shipment, organizing them systematically for easy processing.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to move items efficiently (training provided if needed).
  • Quality Control: Double-check orders for accuracy, reporting any discrepancies or shortages to supervisors.
  • Inventory Support: Assist with stock checks and inventory management as needed.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a secure and hazard-free workspace.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Prior experience as an Order Selector or in a similar warehouse role is a plus but not required.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in picking and preparing orders is critical to success in this role.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Time Management: Efficiently meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
