M-F 8-5PM

What we are looking for:

Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priorityMake Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancyPainting/Staining both interior and exterior applicationsMaintaining property groundsPreventative maintenanceAssist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members

 Super Powers You Need:

1 + years’ experience in maintenance or equivalentDry walling including painting and carpentryKnowledge of plumbing, sweeting copper pipeKnowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixturesAble to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposalGeneral knowledge of HVACGeneral knowledge of water heaters both electric and gasBe able to provide great customer service to our residentsPool certified or willing to get certified within the first season (where applicable)

 A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview.
