Job Description

The Pharma Solutions business will be taking on its next chapter of growth as a trusted partner for the pharmaceutical industry with the announcement to sell Pharma Solutions to Roquette. This move will position Pharma Solutions to expand its industry leadership through continued investment in innovation to meet the evolving needs of pharmaceutical manufacturers and developers worldwide. The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2025, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Pharma Solutions business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to Roquette. In applying for this position, you acknowledge your awareness that the position is a part of the Pharma Solutions business unit and has been identified to transition to Roquette.

Führungskraft Instandhaltung / Maintenance Leader (m/w/d)

In der Position als Maintenance Leader (m,w.d) übernehmen Sie die Bereichsleitung unserer Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsabteilung und sind verantwortlich für die Führung des Personals, die Planung, Organisation und Koordination aller betrieblichen Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen an unserem Standort Stade. Mit Ihrer technischen Expertise unterstützen Sie das Team fachlich. Sie setzenglobale Maintenanceanforderungen in ihrem Bereich effektiv um und treiben die Digitalisierung im Bereich der Instandhaltung voran. Als Maintenance Leader sind Sie Teil des Site Leadership Teamsund ein Vertreter des Plant Managers bei Abwesenheit.


Hauptaufgaben / Wichtigste Zuständigkeiten:

Führungsverantwortung für die Mitarbeiter der Instandhaltung. Dies beinhaltet die Mitarbeiterentwicklung, Leistungsbeurteilung, langfristige Personalplanungund Teamentwicklung. Unterstützung bei der strategischen Ausrichtung des Standortes, Festlegung von Bereichszielen anhand der Ziele aus Geschäftsbereich und globaler Maintenance Funktion Verantwortung, dass die Anlage aus Instandhaltungssicht sicher und zuverlässig betriebenwird und gleichbleibende Produktqualität gewährleistet ist Unterstützung des Teams bei der Entwicklung von Reparaturkonzepten und Störungsanalysen Verantwortung für die Planung, Optimierung und sichere Umsetzung von Anlagenstillständen Erkennen und Überwachen von Arbeitssicherheitsmaßnahmen. Überwachung der Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Arbeitsvorschriften bzgl. der Anlagensicherheit Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Qualitätsmanagement Systemenanforderungen imInstandhaltungsprozess Verantwortung für das Instandhaltungsbudget und die laufende Kostenkontrolle Optimierung der Maintenance Prozesse unter Einbeziehung von KPI Analysen und Digitalisierung Verantwortlich für ein effektives Kontraktorenmanagment für Instandhaltungsaktivitäten Mitglied des Site Leadership Teams und Vertreter des Plant Managers bei Abwesenheit

Job Requirements

Ihre Qualifikation und Kompetenzen:

Abgeschlossenes Studium (mind. Bachelor) der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau oder einervergleichbaren Fachrichtung. Langjährige Berufserfahrung mit Schwerpunkt in der Instandhaltung, idealerweise inProduktionsanlagen der chemischen-, Lebensmittel- oder Pharmaindustrie Erfahrung in der Führungsverantwortung und exzellente Führungskompetenz Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Integrität, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewußtsein Kostenbewusstsein Strukturierter, lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Arbeitssicherheit, Arbeitsschutz, Umweltschutz sowiegenehmigungstechnische Auflagen.
