[DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES]
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Continually monitoring service tickets and ensuring tickets are worked in timely fashion
Document new processes and new fixes and share with team
Demonstrate and adhere to all TSP and customer’s safety policies and practices
Follow all 5S procedures inside cleanroom and in office area
Keep supervision within TSP informed of all problems that are causing customer dissatisfaction
Conduct all TSP business in such a way as to project a professional image
Install, troubleshoot and replace WYSE Thin Clients, Ubuntu PCs, and Dell laptops as required
Install, troubleshoot and reinstall Windows XP, 2000, Windows 7, Windows 10 as required
Install, troubleshoot and replace Zebra, Intermec, Honeywell label printers, Inkjet and laser printers as required
Install and convert terminals as required
Use Fluke Nettool to test LAN drops, determine correct subnet and other 1st level network support issues
Work closely with the customer’s internal team and perform any tasks as requested by them
Escalate any unresolved issues to operations coordinator or field service manager
Desktop/laptop hardware, software Microsoft software support, web browser support, SharePoint, Windows Client software
Deployment of new desktop, laptop, accessories
Conference room support and meeting assistance
Desktop printer and Follow-Me printer support
IT office moves setup desk phone, voicemail
Network cables check and pull new cables, VPN, Firewall & proxy
AID/XID (user id) enterprise account management
Back-up and recovery
Application support
Facility support ESH, safety
Data center walkthrough
Automation support
Maintain a positive attitude toward customer
May occasionally work holidays depending on support requirements and coverage needed
May be required to pick up extra shifts when requested
EXPERIENCE:

Excellent knowledge of PC and desktop and printer hardware
Excellent knowledge of PC internal components
Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
Extensive equipment support experience
Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards
Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories
Able to read and understand technical m
