Secretary/Technician, Cardio-Admin

Atlantic Health System is seeking a PER DIEM Secretary/Technician for the Cardio Admin department at Overlook Medical Center to work varied shifts including weekend coverage as needed.

Schedule patients for cardiovascular testing, and registration. Will efficiently coordinate the flow of patients, physicians and staff in a fast-paced patient care setting. Will be focused and flexible, willing to pitch in as needed and assist with patient care and transportation as needed to meet the patient and department needs. Must be flexible to adjust hours to meet the needs of the department. Must be proficient at coordination and organization of administrative duties to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of patient flow. Must promote the Atlantic Health System PRIDE Values.

Exceptional communication, organizational and customer service skills

Minimum Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Relevant Experience:
