Are you looking to get your foot in the door with a well established medical office and kick start your career? We are immediately hiring for a Front Desk Receptionist at a local clinic in Dothan, AL. The ideal candidate will have prior medical office experience and have excellent customer service skills.

Pay will range between $12.00 - $13.00 per hour and you will work a Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:00 and Fridays 8:00-12:00 schedule.

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Register patients by verifying demographic information and insurance coverage
Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate department
Collect co-pays and process payments
Requirements:
Previous experience working at a front desk, preferably in a medical office setting
Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
