To qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Job Responsibilities for DSPs

You will provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)You will accompany clients on errands and appointmentsYou will spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activitiesYou will assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparationYou will participate in community integration activities

Qualifications for DSPs:

One year experience working with I/DD individuals; If you do not have this experience, training may be available through our apprentice programHigh school diploma or equivalent
