Supportive Solutions Behavioral Health & Wellness in Cheshire/Hamden, CT is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. With a salary range of $75 - $120 hourly, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the mental health field. Compensation:$60 - $75 hourly
Responsibilities:- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients to diagnose mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including medication management and therapy.
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Document client progress/outcomes in notes punctually.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychologists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
- Meets agency productivity standards.
- Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of Connecticut.
- Specialization in mental health.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in mental health care.
- Strong knowledge of psychiatric medications and treatment modalities.
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with psychiatric disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- US Work Authorization.
