Job Id: # of Openings: 1 Host – Trilogy Monarch Dunes (Nipomo, CA) Trilogy at Monarch Dunes is seeking Hosts for Adelina’s Bistro. Hosts are responsible for exceeding guests' expectations by delivering efficient and friendly service. Successful candidates should demonstrate teamwork, enthusiasm, multitasking abilities, and high energy levels. These positions report to our F&B Manager. Pay rate: $16.00/Hourly PLUS TIPS Part-Time Position, approximately 18-20 hrs. weekly Primarily Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday evenings and occasional Holidays and events. Regular shifts are usually 4:30 pm – 9:00 pm. Job Qualifications: Food Handler's/ServSafe Certification  Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic Understanding of proper food handling and sanitation procedures Responsible and trustworthy Attention to cleanliness and safety. Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting . Responsibilities: Greet and seat customers. Take restaurant reservations, maintain the reservation book. Be aware of events and weddings that require closure. Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order. Removes dishes, silverware, glassware, and all other items when guests are finished. Clears all table items after guest is finished and has left table. Performs all closing duties/side work before the end of shift. Supports other Front-of-House positions as needed, providing a seamless guest experience to all.
