Digital Adoption Analyst
Job Description:
Client currently uses WalkMe as a digital adoption tool. We are seeking an analyst with expertise in WalkMe’s digital adoption platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, implement, analyze, and test WalkMe solutions to enhance user onboarding, adoption, and engagement within MerchantLinQ. This role will also be responsible for ongoing management of previously deployed WalkMe content to ensure it is current, relevant and is not impacted by updates in each software release.
Key Responsibilities:
? Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs and translate them into actionable WalkMe solutions.
? Design and implement WalkMe content such as walkthroughs, guidance layers, action bots, shout outs, etc. to improve usability and increase system usage.
? Test new WalkMe content prior to production deployment and within product release cycles to ensure that prior deployed content functions as expected within the new version.
? Ensure that content aligns with business requirements.
? Analyze user interactions with MerchantLinQ and WalkMe content to identify opportunities for product improvements and optimization of WalkMe functions.
? Remain current with new WalkMe features, best practices, and industry trends for continual enhancement of WalkMe uses within MerchantLinQ.
? Assist in the creation of training and documentation opportunities using WalkMe for merchant and lender onboarding and initiation.
Skills and competencies:
? Proven experience implementing and optimizing WalkMe solutions in enterprise applications.
? Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent work experience.
? Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
? Ability to translate business problems into actionable WalkMe solutions.
? Excellent communication skills.
? Detail oriented.
? Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript a plus)
? WalkMe certification preferred
