Machias Savings Bank is hiring for a Digital Advisor.

The Digital Advisor is primarily responsible for day-to-day servicing of customers and internal staff for support of digital services. The Digital Advisor is required to take incoming client servicing calls on a daily basis, as well as provide service support to internal business partners. This position provides a superior level of client relationship management and customer service. The ideal candidate will think strategically about improving processes and products. The Digital Advisors will be responsible for managing administrative duties and special projects as assigned with a high level of attention to detail and organizational abilities.

The qualified candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• 1-3 years banking experience and/or Associates Degree
• Excellent communication skills, including strong presentation skills and writing ability.
• The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
