Job Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Listen to customers' concerns and vehicle issues Obtain customer and vehicle Information Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer Determine and recommend necessary maintenance based on age, mileage and history of the vehicle. Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts. Establish follow-up times Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers frequently. Verify the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair orders. Comfortably and clearly explain all completed work and charges to the customer.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing role Self-Starter mentality and ambitious spirit, preferred Eagerness to continuously improve Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members Clean driving record and valid driver’s license (2 year minimum) Must be willing to submit a background screening
