Who you are:

A detail-oriented individual, who can oversee and facilitate the data management and reporting process for cost reduction initiativesAn effective communicator, who can provide thorough analysis of the financial scorecard process and deliver recommendations to support Global Procurement ProgramsAn efficient project manager, who can oversee ventures related to supplier reduction, including source investigation, selection, and transition execution

What you will do:

Performance ReportingAccurate tracking, monitoring, and reporting of performance vs. Annual Operating Percent (AOP)Collect, input, and evaluate monthly inflation and cost reduction resultsOversee the Americas Cost Reduction project processData AnalysisCollect Purchase Price Variance (PPV) inputs from the PlantsAnalyze and evaluate the actual cost change results vs. Procurement projectionsEnsure PPV accuracy in comparison to the AOP and additional forecasts and resolve any discrepancies with Plant ControllersProcurement DecisionsConduct make versus buy investigations as requested, analyze the data and feedback, then determine best total cost solution and review with the appropriate ManagersScope, plan, conduct electronic and / or reverse auctions, and finalize source selection direction for applicable commodities as requestedSupport misc. projects, procurement initiatives, and develop ad hoc reports for management. 

What you will need:

Bachelors in Supply Chain or equivalent field of studyMinimum 2-4 years of relevant experienceAdvanced level in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access

Skills, Experience & Abilities

SAP experience desiredEffective time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities Problem solving and project management skillsExcellent written and oral communication
