We are inviting you to apply for our Quality and Reporting Supervisor position. In this position you are responsible for quality control, reporting, and auditing while providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, prior to their arrival, during their stay and after their stay.

Computer experience and being bilingual in Spanish is required. Additionally, you must have open availability that could include nights, weekends, and holidays. At least one year of call center supervisory experience is required with the ability to change your approach or method to best fit the situation during frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events. You must also be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time.
